By creating an account or using the GeoSurveyAI platform you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

GeoSurveyAI is an AI assistant specialized in surveying, GIS, CAD and geospatial workflows. The service is currently in beta — features may change, the service may be temporarily unavailable, and accuracy of AI responses is not guaranteed.

Information returned by the AI may be incorrect or out of date. Never use AI output as the sole basis for engineering decisions, legal acts, cadastral filings or any other professional deliverable. Always verify with authoritative sources, instruments and your professional judgment. You are solely responsible for your professional work.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities.
• Attempt to extract or copy proprietary system prompts.
• Submit personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Abuse rate limits, scrape the service, or run bots.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits (free trial caps, paid tiers).

You're responsible for safeguarding your password. Notify us at hello@geosurveyai.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The platform, brand and software are property of GeoSurveyAI. AI output you generate using your account is yours to use, but we retain anonymized aggregate question/answer data to improve the service (subject to our Privacy policy).

The service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoSurveyAI is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the last 12 months (zero, while in free beta).

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email and via banner on the platform.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
